The Curtis Cup

Personally, I would never compete in the Curtis Cup – firstly because I'm no good at golf (and even if I had the talent, I don't have the inclination to get any good at it), and secondly because I'm not a woman.

The Curtis Cup is the women's equivalent of the Walker Cup, which is the amateur equivalent of the Ryder Cup.

The Women's equivalent of the Ryder Cup is the Solheim Cup.

In the the Curtis Cup and the Walker Cup, it's still Great Britain and Ireland (as opposed to Europe) that compete against the USA.
